Step 1:
Pre construction & Design
We work with you closely to understand your project needs, identify requirements and develop an initial schematic budget and scope of work for you. We work closely with our internal architects to develop drawings and plans that will be used to confirm all construction costs and confirm renovations are code and zoning compliant. Architectural Services are provided through our sister company Buildplus Architecture PLLC

Construction Estimate and Bidding

Owner are always kept aware of all progress and any pending design decisions and we work proactively with you to assure project runs smoothly.
