PRE DEISGN PHASE

We work with you closely to understand your project needs, identify requirements and develop an initial schematic budget and scope of work for you. This is important in order to identify all project needs, constraints and requirements in order to have a clear path to move forward to next project phases. We use our experience and past projects of similar scope to determine an initial budget. We also check initial code and zoning requirements for the project

DESIGN PHASE

We provide design drawings and specifications based on initial scope and budget. 

Our design phases make sure that you are completely satisfied with the planning, design and all details of the project. We do not proceed to construction drawing phase until you are completely satisficed with design and direction of project. 

At this phase we also do a scope and pricing check to make sure we are within budget. If adjustments need to be made to stay within budget, we do not charge for additional design fees.

Construction Phase

We work closely with our subcontractors and our internal labor team to build the project per the approved design. We also provide you with regular updates on the progress of the project and address any concerns that you may have.

Owner are always kept aware of all progress and any pending design decisions and we work proactively with you to assure project runs smoothly. 

We believe that the finishing touches are what make a renovation project perfect. Our team works diligently to ensure that every detail is taken care of, from painting to fixtures. We also provide you with a final walkthrough to ensure that you are satisfied with the finished product. We handle all inspections, an sign offs. No final payment is made until project is complete and you are happy with the results.
